HORECA Joins The INPACS International Network

HORECA has signed a membership agreement with INPACS and officially joined the international network effective 1 September 2026. This partnership marks a new stage in the company’s development and brings Georgia’s professional hygiene sector closer to international expertise, standards and opportunities.
A New Stage in HORECA’s Development
Since 2008, HORECA has supplied businesses across Georgia with professional hygiene products and comprehensive services. Our work goes beyond product delivery. We provide tailored consultation, on-site needs assessment, system selection, staff training, technical support and cost analysis.
Joining INPACS is a natural continuation of this approach. Through the membership agreement, HORECA has become part of an international organisation built on high professional standards, local expertise, long-term partnerships and continuous development.
.

What Is INPACS?
INPACS is a major international distribution network for professional cleaning and hygiene products. Its members operate across cleaning and hygiene, personal protective equipment, hotel amenities, medical supplies and foodservice supplies.
Together with its global partner network, INPACS serves customers in more than 50 countries. Member companies operate with strong local knowledge in their respective markets while working as one international team to provide consistent service, professional expertise and solutions tailored to customer needs.
What Does INPACS Membership Mean for Our Customers?
For HORECA’s customers, INPACS membership creates an opportunity to combine reliable local service with the knowledge and experience of an international professional distribution network.
The partnership will support:
- the exchange of international expertise and best practices;
- the adoption of modern professional hygiene solutions;
- more consistent support for local and international customers;
- the development of more sustainable procurement and resource-efficient processes;
- greater awareness of professional hygiene standards in the Georgian market.
At the same time, HORECA remains the customer’s direct local partner, supported by a team that understands the Georgian market, the operational needs of different sectors and the everyday challenges businesses face.
Local Expertise Supported by International Capabilities
Professional hygiene management is not simply about purchasing individual products. Strong results require an assessment of the facility, the selection of compatible systems, consumption control, correct staff training and reliable ongoing technical support.
Combining INPACS’ international experience with HORECA’s local expertise allows us to offer an even more systematic approach to hotels, restaurants, offices, industrial facilities, healthcare institutions, cleaning companies and public organisations.
The partnership is also highly relevant for international companies operating in Georgia. They can benefit from the experience and standards of a global network while receiving service from a local team directly responsible for consultation, supply and after-sales support.
A Commitment Accompanying New Opportunities
For HORECA, INPACS membership is more than an international status. It is a commitment to continue advancing professional hygiene standards and practices in Georgia, improving our services and delivering solutions based on the real operational needs of our partners.
According to Shota Kharazishvili, Owner and CEO of HORECA, international cooperation with INPACS represents an important opportunity to create additional value for the company’s customers.
The agreement opens a new chapter in HORECA’s long-term development — combining local experience, international support and a continued commitment to high professional hygiene standards.
