Organised under the title <strong>\u201cPeak at the Future \u2013 Tork Partner Summit 2026, Georgia,\u201d<\/strong> the international gathering was attended by the HORECA team. It was especially meaningful for us to see professional hygiene partners come together in Georgia this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8fba8df3\">The summit brought together conversations about the issues shaping partners\u2019 and customers\u2019 day-to-day work: how hygiene solutions are evolving, how service can improve, and the roles that sustainability and digital technology play in business development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/horeca.ge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/DSC03199-scaled-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18706\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-c487c289\">Key Themes from the Summit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-734e695a\">The agenda covered Tork\u2019s marketing strategy, a new regional approach, the future of customer service and the latest innovations from the brand. It also included sessions on business sustainability, Tork\u2019s sustainability work and related policy updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-b576ba12\">The afternoon focused on the impact of digital technology on B2B business. A roundtable discussion explored the roles of digitalisation and artificial intelligence. These subjects are particularly relevant to distribution, where access to information, clear communication and a timely response to customer needs are part of everyday work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/horeca.ge\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/DSC05439-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18708\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-a294c0d9\">What the Summit Means for HORECA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-492f95e0\">HORECA provides businesses in Georgia with Tork professional hygiene products and systems. Attending the summit gave us an opportunity to hear the brand\u2019s perspective directly, exchange experience with partners and better understand the areas that may shape our work ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-27814d8b\">For our customers, choosing products is only one part of the process. It also matters how a hygiene system fits a particular facility and its daily operations. The discussions around service, innovation and sustainability reinforced this practical approach.
